Individual Day Habilitation
​
Individual Day Habilitation is a service that supports individuals with disabilities through one-on-one, community-based activities focused on the development of individualized goals and functional skills.
Respite
​
Respite is a short-term service designed to provide relief and support to the guardians of recipients.
In-home supports & Supported living
​
In-Home Supports provide services to recipients up to age 17, and Supported Living serves recipients age 18 and older. Both services support the development of independent living skills within the home and community, based on individualized goals.
